So, what is this secret foot bath that soothes tired feet and waves bye bye to smelly feet? Shhhh, don’t tell anybody, but the recipe below is yours. We’ve provided you with ingredients sufficient to make six cups of this magic foot elixir and one that yields just one foot bath. Make it, use it and the foot gods will smile and so will the rest of the family when those smelly feet are gone.

If you want to make enough to last awhile or as a perfect gift, this is what you need:

Ingredients for 13 peppermint foot baths:

5 cups Epsom salts
3 tsp peppermint essential oil (inhibits the growth of odor causing bacteria).Best Peppermint Oil (Large 4 Ounce) 100% Pure Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha Piperita) Best Peppermint Oil (Large 4 Ounce) 100% Pure Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha Piperita)
1 cup baking soda
½ cup modified tapioca starch (Modified tapioca starch holds the aroma of the essential oil well.)
Marbles for massaging feet (optional)

If you want to make just enough for a single bath, here are the

Ingredients for one peppermint foot bath:

1/2 cup Epsom salts
20 + drops peppermint essential oil
1 tbsp + 1 tsp baking soda
2 tsps modified tapioca powder

Directions:

• Step 1 Mix well together the Epsom salt and baking soda in a bowl.

• Step 2 Mix together the modified tapioca starch and peppermint oil in a small bowl or sauce dish. Important: It is important to mix the modified tapioca powder and essential oil separately. Otherwise, you may end up with a greasy or wet product.

• Step 3 Mix together modified tapioca starch/essential oil with Epsom salt/baking soda.

• Step 4 Place mixture in moisture proof container and you’re done.

Directions for use: Wash feet. Add salts to foot bath. Mix until dissolved. Add marbles for a delightful foot reflexology treatment.

Tip: You can package 1/2 to 3/4 cup of peppermint foot bath in a moisture proof bag. Surround the bag with colorful marbles in a decorative glass container and voila, you’ve just created a delightful gift or a wonderful addition to a spa gift basket.
