Lavender Epsom Salt Bath

Take a relaxing Epsom Salt bath at home is easy. Prepare to relax your muscles with Epsom Salt, soften your skin with baking soda, and enjoy the calming and soothing effects of lavender.


  • 1 to 2 cups Epsom Salt (for standardized tub)
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil

Add ingredients to warm (not hot) bath and mix with your hand to dissolve. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse.

Now go have fun and relax.

  1. Hi,I am going to give this a go this Christmas but was wondering (daft qiutseon, I know) but is the peppermint oil and aromatherapy style oil or a food flavouring oil? Just curious 🙂

      Peppermint and Lavender essential oils can and are both used as food flavorings, but it’s important to buy food grade oils if that is your use for them.
